Bahria Sports City Surcharge Waive off 100%

Bahria Town  management has announced 100% surcharge waive off for Sports City Karachi project. The procedure is very simple, anyone wants to waive off his/her 100% surcharge, he needs to visit Bahria Karachi site office and pay the pending installments amount. So all you need to do is show the pending installment receipts to Bahria officer and they will mark the waive off stamp against your account statement. Upon next update your account statement will show no pending dues or any surcharge.

Keep in mind this offer is only available till January 31, 2018.

Why only Bahria Sports City Project surcharge waive off?

As you know Bahria does a lot for any of its project that is not appreciated and its market is down. Similarly Sports city market is quite slow these days. Its long time this project was launched but still most of the area plots which given to genuine customers are in available in minus. Therefore, People do not bother to pay installments and Bahria is not in position to cancel the sports city files because people will prefer refund.

Good location precincts in Sports city are going fine though, good location always given to dealers actually. That's how most of units in precinct 44 and 45 are in general public hands and those are available in minus value.

    There are rumours among overseas pakistanis that there will be crack down on BTK and against Malik Riaz as most of the land in the project is illegal especially beyond Precinct 20 onwards.

    we are concerned and need your sincere advise.

    People should sell out the investments or keep them.

    • My experience says, rumours against Bahria are only rumours but nothing else. I’m would suggest you to KEEP THEM but at your own risk 🙂

    need some clarification from Bahria expert like you:

    I purchased BTK Paradise Precinct 47 plot from dealer from a open form.

    as per the deal with dealer I will get the dedicated plot which they sold to me. they gave me in the letter head this commitment.

    It is already transfer to my name but plot number still not associated and shoeing in the statement. 

    Infact when I checked from Bahria they said dealer did not update the payments and it is delayed form dealer and dealer is saying it is Bahria who is delaying. I dont know who is right and who is worng?

    All the payment slips are with me (2 challan) and now 3rd one is coming. first 2 challan mentioned form number becasue thier was no registeration umber issues at that time.

    What should I do in this case? and how to get same plot which dealer prmise me.

    • Dear Muhammd,

      First of all never buy a plot which plot/villa number is not mentioned on the account statement. Make deals with outside dealers but trust case is only applicable on Bahria company. In your case your plot number commitment was with dealer but not with Bahria. I’m not sure which payments are bahria considering as due payments by dealer. Ask Bahria about pending payments deal and then demand those slips from dealer. Bahria sometimes takes time to update such numbers which were given to dealers. However, push the dealer to solve your problem. BTW, which authorize dealer is this?

  3. Is it safe to buy plot in sports city especially precinct 34 at the moment ? 

    Or there are better options available. 

    Your expert advice will be highly appreciated ..

    • Sport city precinct 34 is better option and good decision to buy one, but I hope you will get a plot at a good rate.

    Rs. 1,850,000 ( Down payment + Own )
    Rs. 1,350,000 (15 Installment)

  8. How about precinct 38,in sports city, should I pay my balance dues, as I heard there is a crackdown aspected against Bahria town.

    I have been having an old installment (of OLD 125 sq yds category) from dec' 15 unpaid till date. Now the penalty has been accumulated to around 40k. I will pay off the upaid installment in coming May' 18. For the penalty, is there a way to have it waived off?
