    • Hi Ali,
      It seems Valley block land is not approved area of Bahria Town. So you must wait and lets see what new policy bahria announce regarding areas and blocks which land do not belong to Bahria Town. Maybe they will do some merging and move the customers to existing area which actually exists in 16+ acre land.

    What is your forecast for its future being an investment

    • Dear Shahbaz,
      Precinct 1 in Bahria Town always remained state of the art location with all amenities available but it has some extra ordinary high prices due to unavailability of other precincts possession and houses but now since Bahria has given possession to other blocks as well where houses and other facilities are being available, so I think because for other ready options P1 will slightly go slow. However, its my personal point of view with may not always correct. So decision is yours.

    Please tell me when Bahria is issuing map of precinct 23-A, and what about development status of 200 homes there, also advise me whether to hold it or switch to other precinct. Thanks & regards

    • P23-A development is already in process but the issue is that area is in dangerous zone. Maybe that area is not part of Bahria approved land which is 16K+ acre. Now Decision is yours.

    • This seems a good plot, i would suggest to hold it. Because switching property in Bahria now costs your a lot.

    Kindly let me know the future of P-45. Price of P-45 plot decline day by day and now touching -9.0 lacs. In this situation it looks not feasible to invest money on it and not feasible to sell it out. Kindly advice me is it possible to merge the P-45 plot file to another plot of P-47.
    For such action I have requested earlier Head Of Operation, BTK in December last year but in vain. Kindly advice me what should I do now to solve my problem. Waiting your valuable advice.

      Could U please comment on this:

      Is this right time to sell plot in P-30 or wait till june’,2019 I.e. after Eid-ul-fitr for better offer or
      What you think not such a big change you are expecting in the market after 02 months time.

      • I don’t think there would be any big change in 50 days, it will increase but with time now. Normally Ramadan month remains slow for bahria trading. But selling/buying property is all about plans, but if you are thinking about switching your property then i would suggest precinct 30 is better option to hold at this moment.

    • Dear Jamil,

      Before giving you any suggestion, I would like to know why you want to switch? If there is no reason then Precinct 32 is good location for holding. Please be informed that switching property in Bahria has cost.

  32. Dear Azan, Please enlight why the prices of Precinct 33 lowest in 500 SQ YDs Residential category. Also, is it safe precinct (within 16K Acres cleared under supreme court settlement)

  33. AOA Azan Bhai, There is news in market that precinct 28 land not completely approved/legalized! Please share your point of view on this, further what should I do as I have plot in this precinct in back side area.
    Awaiting your expert advice on this, Jazakallah.
