Why it is worth to buy a home in Bahria Town?

Just take a quick look of thee pictures????? It demonstrates a specific housing society located in Pakistan. Just imagine you are driving you car on a carpeted road, you are having a walk on lush green gardens,   you are living in a luxurious house and you can have anything you want, you dream or you wish to have. Simply, all the things in a single package!!! Yes, I am talking about the largest real estate agency of Pakistan “BAHARIA TOWN”. Within few years, it has developed a distinctive name all over the world.

It has not only attracted local people but also foreigners. Bahria Town Lahore Sector F is a safe and good investment (Hussain Kaisrani)

I am receiving emails and queries about Bahria Town Sector F. Friends want to know whether it is approved by DHA or not. What is its legal status. Whether it is a safe and good investment or not. I am sharing my views about all these quires. Almost all the information is already available in my blog posts so it is better to go through following links for understanding the matter more clearly. I am reproducing the links in case you could not manage to find these posts.
As per my information Bahria Town Lahore Sector F is NOT yet approved. Not only Sector F but also Sector D and E are also not approved by LDA and LDA is announcing all these three Sectors (D, E and F) still controversial. It is worth mentioning that despite of being unapproved, Sector D is getting populated rapidly and the rates of its plots are increasing day by day. I do not know why property dealers make people or themselves fool when they keep on saying that it is now approved by LDA. Bahria Town has not yet announced any location for its Sector F. Also its map is not yet out. Without announced location, availability of land and map how can some project get approved. Hope this makes the matter clear about the legality of Bahria Town Lahore Sector F.


Now coming to the point whether it is safe or not. As I have explained it in my above mentioned posts, Bahria Town does not much bother about approving its projects from LDA. These matters are gradually settled down in due course of time. Bahria Town Lahore's track record shows that these hurdles does not disturb its credibility and functionality.


Previously Bahria Town Sector F was being traded on loss but from yesterdays its Own or profit jumped up to Rs.120,000/= As per my limited information Bahria Town Lahore has sufficient land for its Sector F and its development work is being carried out on full swing.
Nowadays, it is very difficult to find any 10 Marla plot in Bahria Town Lahore in Rs.31 Lac so it is a good deal if we can have one on installments. At present Sector F is the only available option.


In short, in present situation, I would recommend investment in Sector F. The rates will increase significantly if Bahria Town Lahore announces a new Sector (G) in future.
